18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age from 18 to 60 years old, male or female;? Patients were diagnosed with acne according to the Chinese Acne treatment guidelines (2019 edition) and classified as moderate to severe acne according to GAGS;?Signed the informed consent and could strictly abide by the treatment plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Current pregnancy or lactation or planning to be pregnant within one year;? Allergy to the test drug or related drugs or products;? Abnormal liver and renal function tests;? Patients who had taken retinoids, antibiotics and other systemic drugs within 3 months before the trial;?Complicated with malignant tumors, mental and other serious systemic diseases;? Disease due to repeated use of immune drugs or corticosteroids or due to immune dysfunction;? Uncooperative or poor compliance patients.
