Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the different subgroups of the study, the inclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Hysteroscopic population: ?age = 18 years old, ?ASA grade I-III, ?voluntarily accept this study; (2) Gastrointestinal endoscopy obese people: ? age = 18 years old, ?ASA grade I.-III.,? BMI = 28kg/?, ?voluntarily accept this study; (3) Elderly population with gastrointestinal endoscopy: ?age = 65 years old, ? ASA grade I.-III., ?voluntarily accept this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks, (2) history of asthma, (3) nasal congestion or history of acute rhinitis, pharyngitis or tonsillitis, (4) emergency or high risk of reflux aspiration, (5) those who are difficult to cooperate due to any disease, (6) those who are allergic to related anesthetic drugs, (7) those who have SpO2 = 90% without oxygen inhalation.
