Orthotopic liver transplantation

Interventions

Bispectral index Group:BIS team: Monitor BIS and MAC simultaneously, BIS guided anesthesia depth management, BIS value maintained at 40-60, MAC only record.
Minimal Alveolar Concentration Group:MAC group: Both BIS and MAC were monitored, the depth of anesthesia was managed by MAC guided, MAC was maintained between 0.7-1.3, and BIS only recorded.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle-aged patients, aged 18-65 years old, ASAII~ Grade III, who intend to undergo orthotopic liver transplantation in our hospital, voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with existing/acute hepatic encephalopathy (grade II-IV), history of multiple organ transplantation, history of mental illness, history of stroke, history of postoperative delirium or postoperative cognitive impairment, long-term use of drugs that can affect the central nervous system, MELD score > 20, preoperative renal replacement therapy, neurological disease, and refusal to participate in this study.
