Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The ages between 10-16; 2. Diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis; 3. No other spine-related diseases; 4. The Cobb angle < 10°= 40°; 5. Risser's sign is lower than grade IV; 6. Subjects and guardians voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of congenital scoliosis, neuromuscular scoliosis or other types of spinal diseases and scoliosis secondary to other known causes; 2. Patients with lower limb bone and joint, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or respiratory diseases that affect walking and standing; 3. Previous surgical history for spinal flexibility modification. 4. Diagnosed with depression or other psychiatric disorders that prevent the patient from complying with the treatment regimen.
