Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1, Patient age range from 18 to 80 years old (including boundary values); 2. Plan to select (Percutaneous compression of the trigeminal ganglion) PCTG to treat primary trigeminal neuralgia; 3, The patient has the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score I to II; 4, Cardiopulmonary function is normal; 5, Voluntarily sign the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bradycardia (HR<50 bpm) and arrhythmia in the past; 2. Mental or nervous system diseases; 3. Severe heart, lung, brain or kidney disease; 4. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage who are estimated to have not completely stopped bleeding; 5. Intracranial hypertension patients in acute stage of cerebral stroke; 6. Patients with a history of allergy to the experimental drug; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Illiterate, language difficult to communicate patients, uncooperative patients;
