Interventions

Intervention Group (Listening to Binaural Beats Group):Patients in the intervention group will wear headphones and listen to binaural beat audio during the recovery period.
Control Group (Listening to Blank Audio Group):Patients in the control group will wear headphones and listen to blank audio during the recovery period.

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1.1 Elderly patients aged 65-80 years, classified as ASA II-III. 1.2 Undergoing colon or rectal surgery with an anesthesia duration of 2-4 hours. 1.3 Willing to voluntarily participate in the study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2.1 Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, cerebral, hepatic, or renal dysfunction. 2.2 Patients with cognitive impairment. 2.3 Patients with a history of sedative or analgesic drug abuse. 2.4 Patients with central nervous system diseases or psychiatric disorders. 2.5 Patients with hearing impairment. 2.6 Patients with chronic insomnia or sleep disorders.
