Interventions

HP(-) group:All patients were routinely treated with methotrexate (MTX), leflunomide, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Anti-HP group:Methotrexate (MTX), leflunomide, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were routinely given. The anti-HP group was additionally given anti-HP treatment. The drugs used were: amoxicil
contral group:The control group did not use antibiotics or bismuth during the study period.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with Western medicine diagnostic standards; (2) Meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Aged over 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) Overlapping patients with other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, severe osteoarthritis, etc.; (5) Those who have intellectual and cognitive disabilities or are older and unable to answer questions accurately (6) Combined with serious infections, infectious diseases (such as hepatitis B, active tuberculosis), and tumor diseases; (7) Those whose joint function has been affected by recent surgery, etc.
