Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age=18 2. Diagnosed as sepsis (SOFA=2) 3. Diagnosed as ARDS 4. ICU hospitalization 5. Provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Diagnosed as HIV 3. End-stage malignancy 4. Expected less than 24h survival time 5. Recruited in another conventional clinical trial
