18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A positive diastolic or provocation test can provide a diagnostic report of lung function, and FEV1/FVC=0.7 after medication to exclude patients with overlapping COPD. (2) Adults aged 18-60, regardless of gender, have lived locally for more than 1 year. (3) Willing to undergo follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who need to take 2 tablets (equivalent to 10mg prednisone acetate tablets)/more than a day of glucocorticoid or immunosuppressive drugs for a long time. (2) Have tuberculosis or other respiratory chronic infectious diseases. (3) A history of cystic fibrosis, bronchial amplification, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and other structural lung diseases. (4) There is any known tumor or malignancy. (5) Have HIV infection or other immunodeficiency diseases. (6) Congenital heart disease. (7) Subjects are expected to move out of the study area within 12 months of study commencement. (8) have participated in other clinical trials or used any investigational drug within 60 days. (9) Pregnancy or lactation. (10) Patients with recent major surgery cannot tolerate the retention of induced sputum and peripheral blood samples. (11) Expected to be unable to participate in follow-up follow-up.
