20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade II;Age 20-40 years;37-42 weeks of gestation;BMI=35kg/m2;Height 155-170cm; in the active stage of labor (3 to 5 minutes apart, cervical dilation between 2 and 5 cm); and numerical pain rating score (NRS) greater than 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parturients contraindicated with intraspinal anesthesia; Pathological obstetrics or serious medical diseases; Use of opioids and sedatives 4 hours before requesting labor pain; Allergic to investigational drugs; Unable to properly understand and use NRS scores.
