Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Breastfeeding of preterm infants admitted to the hospital within 24 hours of birth and with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Maternal or neonatal antibiotic use, congenital gastrointestinal malformations or other severe malformations, incomplete perinatal data, and automatic discharge during the study period.
