Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have been admitted to Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from June 20, 2024 to June 19, 2034 and have completed the 13C urea breath test or completed the gastroscopy; 2) Patients with 13C urea breath test, serum anti-H.p antibody, and fecal H.p antigen during epidemiological investigation. 3) Signed informed consent and willing to undergo follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) refusal to sign informed consent; 2) Loss to follow-up.
