Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: SCI-NP Inclusion Standards: ? There is a history of trauma; ? Symptoms and signs of spinal fracture; ? The pain area corresponds to the representative area of spinal cord localization in the central nervous system; ? The nature of the pain is mostly persistent numb pain, spontaneous intermittent pain, recurrent severe pain, etc. The onset time, duration, and interval are irregular, and the effect of conventional analgesics is not obvious; ? Signs of spinal cord injury can be observed in CT, MRI, electromyography, skin biopsy, etc; ? The disease course lasts less than 1 year, with a VAS pain score of 6 or above. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Controls: ? Age, gender, and education level matched with patients; ? No pain symptoms; ? Physically healthy with no other diseases.
Exclusion criteria

Patients participating in other clinical trials or undergoing acupuncture treatment within the past month. ? Left-handed individuals. ? Patients with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). ? Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form. Healthy Control Exclusion Criteria: ? Individuals with emotional or psychiatric disorders. ? Individuals participating in other clinical trials or undergoing acupuncture treatment within the past month. ? Left-handed individuals. ? Individuals with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). ? Individuals who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
