Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 18-65 years; ? ASA grade ? ~ ?; ? BMI = 40kg/m2; ? Surgical procedures were laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients were treated with other weight loss surgery methods, such as gastric bypass bypass; ? The patient underwent sleeve gastrectomy and other operations at the same time; ? BMI < 40kg/m2; ? Incomplete medical records and missing data.

Compliance with the standard of extubation and safe extraction of endotracheal intubation within 1 hour after operation, the follow-up endpoint is that patients after safe extraction of endotracheal intubation, more than 1 hour after operation or directly transferred to ICU cases are considered as delayed extubation.;
