Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria include the following: (a) women with a history of GDM; (b) 18 years or older; (c) at least one-half year but within two years postpartum; (d) Live near the study site; (e) able to use smartphone;(f) speaking Chinese and (g) participants who can give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (a) planning to become pregnant within one year; (b) currently pregnant; (c) T2DM diagnosis; (d) taking medications that influence glycemic outcomes; (e) physical or cognitive disability; (f) severe mental illness; (g) ever participated in lifestyle interventions, meditation interventions or structured psychosocial intervention.
