Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Voluntarily enter the cohort and cooperate with the relevant follow-up; ? Pregnant women aged 20-45 years; ? Intrauterine pregnancy was confirmed by B-ultrasound, gestational age: =13 weeks +6 days; ? Single birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of type 1 or type 2 diabetes; ? Refuse to measure blood sugar after pregnancy; ? Suffering from congenital diseases and serious genetic diseases; ? Suffering from severe acute or chronic infectious diseases; ? People who have taken or are taking drugs that may interfere with glycolipid metabolism (such as phenytoin sodium, cortisone, etc.)
