Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative transthoracic echocardiography or transesophageal echocardiography confirmed congenital secondary atrial septal defect; (2) Patients who completed one-stop interventional therapy (transcatheter atrial septal defect closure and left atrial ear closure at the same time); (3) Patients who have complete clinical data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with primary foramen ASD and venous sinus ASD; (2) Patients with other structural heart disease requiring surgical treatment
