Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnostic criteria of mild to moderate AIS proposed by SRS: standing whole spine X-ray showed scoliosis without structural deformity, and the Cobb Angle was 10° to 45°. (2) Age: 10 to 16 years old (3) Immature skeletal development with Risser sign grade I-IV (4) Can be proficient in using mobile devices for remote rehabilitation (5) The patient's dysfunction met the criteria for exercise therapy (6) Having a family member or friend to monitor the safety situation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Functional scoliosis, such as leg length discrepancy (2) Had received a limb or spinal surgery (3) The injury of the motor system that affects the exercise therapy (4) Patients with severe circulatory and respiratory diseases, such as congenital heart disease and COPD, are not suitable for exercise training (5) Spinal cord compression with neuropathic symptoms of the lower extremities (6) Inability to cooperate with investigators in treatment, evaluation, and follow-up
