Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with breast cancer by pathology 2, female, age =18 years and age =80 years 3, good cooperation, can cooperate with the completion of various questionnaires 4, able to complete the complete chemotherapy program of 6 courses 5. Sign written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chemotherapy regimen containing oxaliplatin was adopted 2. Peripheral neuropathy has been caused by disease or other factors in the past 3, combined with rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral vascular disease 4. Patients with severe liver, kidney, heart and brain dysfunction, or serious complications 5. Patients with an expected survival of less than 6 months 6. Patients with stage IV breast cancer
