Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 18- -70 years old ? Patients with confirmed type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal resting blood pressure ? It can complete the exercise load test of the submaximal exercise, and achieve 85% -90% of the target heart rate [(220-age) 100%] during the exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Type 1 diabetes mellitus patients, gestational diabetes mellitus and other special types of diabetes mellitus ? Hypertension, congestive heart failure, congenital heart disease, mild or moderate valvular heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, history of pacemaker implantation, preexcitation syndrome, chronic renal failure, or serum creatinine level greater than 1.5 mg (132 µ mol / l) ? Recent quiet electrocardiogram showed severe myocardial ischemia, acute myocardial infarction (within two days), or other acute cardiac events.? Uncontrolled arrhythmias that can cause symptoms or hemodynamic changes.? Severe, symptomatic aortic stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or other forms of outflow tract stenosis.? Acute myocarditis and pericarditis.? Chronic lung disease, acute systemic infection, electrolyte disorders, uncontrolled metabolic disease, mental disorders.? Frequent arrhythmia such as preventricular contraction in the exercise load test, and severe peripheral circulatory irrigation deficiency such as cyanosis and nausea.? In the running exercise load test, the ST segment horizontal or lower oblique depression of 1 mV and lasted for 2 minutes, while the exercise is stopped
