Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ) male 18-50 years old, premenopausal women ( 18-50 years old, including 50 years old ), postmenopausal women ( 50 years old or older, menopause for more than 1 year ) ; ( 2 ) Primary gastric cancer or colorectal cancer, surgical treatment, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ; ( 3 ) The postoperative chemotherapy regimen was mFOLFOX6 or FLOT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients who need to receive glucocorticoid therapy due to indications other than tumor chemotherapy ; ( 2 ) critically ill patients with severe complications ; ( 3 ) have serious underlying diseases ( such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, severe renal insufficiency, etc. ) ; ( 4 ) Patients with other adrenal diseases and pituitary diseases ( such as congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing 's syndrome, aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, pituitary tumor, hypopituitarism, etc. ) ; ( 5 ) patients with ovarian tumors, germ cell tumors ( such as dysgerminoma, seminoma, etc. ) ; ( 6 ) due to chemotherapy requires the use of glucocorticoid or gonadal hormone, or analogues or antagonists, etc. ; ( 7 ) Sex hormone drugs ( such as progesterone, estrogen and contraceptives ) were used within 1 month.
