Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?18 = Age = 80; ?Patients who undergo colonoscopy for the first or regular time; ?Willing to sign an informed consent form; ?Willing to complete the subject satisfaction questionnaire and willing to accept subsequent follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Refusing to sign an informed consent form; ?Patients who have been previously diagnosed with colorectal adenoma or serrated lesions but have not undergone any treatment; ?History of colorectal resection; ?Patients with inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal malignant tumors, colorectal metastases, lymphoma, massive ascites, or renal failure; ?Patients undergoing colonoscopy due to unconventional examination reasons such as bleeding or rectal foreign bodies; ?Individuals who are unable to adapt to sedation and anesthesia, including those who have difficulty controlling blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, or have a history of allergies to anesthetic drugs; ?Patients who are not suitable for biopsy due to coagulation dysfunction or other reasons.
