18 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Meets the criteria for flatfoot, navicular drop test = 10 mm; (3) Volunteer to cooperate with this study and be able to complete all the experimental content as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) neurological disease, lower limb fracture, foot and ankle injury in the past 6 months; (2) Body mass index=28kg/m2; (3) Secondary flatfoot; (4) Received flat foot treatment within 1 year, including exercise intervention, orthopedic insoles, or surgical treatment.
