Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Quantitative study subjects: ICU patients admitted to Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from June to August 2024. Inclusion criteria: ? age =18 years old; ? Normal communication and expression; ? Normal cognitive function; ? Informed consent, voluntary participation in this researcher. 2. Qualitative interview subjects: (1) ICU nursing staff Clinical registered nurses (RNS) with bachelor degree or above from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected by convenience sampling method. ? nurse and above professional titles; (3) Working time in ICU is more than 1 year; (4) Informed consent: semi-structured interviews were conducted among ICU nurses who volunteered to participate in this study. (2) ICU patients or family members A semi-structured interview was conducted among ICU patients or their caregivers' family members in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from June 2024 to August 2024 using convenience sampling method. Inclusion criteria: ? age =18 years old; ? Normal communication and expression; ? Normal cognitive function; ? Informed consent, voluntary participation in this researcher. 3. Application object: Convenience sampling method was used to select the ICU patients in the glide Hospital of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from June 2024 to August 2024 as the routine control group, and the ICU patients in the glide Hospital of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from September 2024 to November 2024 as the intervention group. Inclusion criteria: ? age =18 years old; Length of stay in ICU =48h; ? Normal communication and expression; Normal cognitive function; Physically fit to talk; (4) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Quantitative research subjects: Exclusion criteria: ? mental illness, cognitive impairment and other serious life-threatening diseases; ? Cooperation cannot be guaranteed during the investigation. 2. Qualitative interview subjects: (1) Exclusion criteria for ICU nurses: ? practice nurses; ? Rotation of nurses. (2) Exclusion criteria for ICU patients or their families: ? mental illness, cognitive impairment and other serious life-threatening diseases; ? Cooperation cannot be guaranteed during the investigation. 3. Application object: Exclusion criteria: ? mental illness, cognitive impairment and other serious life-threatening diseases; ? Cooperation cannot be guaranteed during the investigation.
