Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for HIV virus infection and AIDS diagnosis; ? Having certain cognitive and communication skills, able to cooperate with the filling of scales; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in Western medicine and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score is greater than 7 points.

Exclusion criteria
