Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Seniors between 60 and 90 years old; 2. Able to cooperate with the completion of questionnaires and oral function exercises; 3. Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Existence of oral diseases or after oral surgery; 2.unable to communicate with hearing and visual impairments, severe cognitive impairments, etc.; 3.Suffering from serious physical and mental illnesses; 4. Long-term bed rest or complete disability; 5.End-stage patients (life expectancy of less than half a year); 6.Receiving other interventional studies at the same time during the study period; 7.Those who are not suitable for bioelectrical impedance analysis: there are pacemakers, cardiac bypasses, cardiac stents, implanted steel plates in the body, etc. For follow-up subjects, the following criteria should also be excluded: 1.edentulous and non-denture patients; 2.severe temporomandibular joint symptoms (e.g., limited mouth opening and pain during jaw movement); 3. the need to adjust the denture (e.g., pain due to the denture); 4.Loose teeth due to severe periodontal disease.
