18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) age between 18 and 75 years at the time of diagnosis; 2)histologically confirmed NPC 3)planning to receive radical intensity modulated radiotherapy ± chemotherapy; 4)HADS-A scores=10 before radiotherapy; 5) Karnofsky Performance Status score = 70; 6) voluntary completion of the questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)T4 staging (AJCC 8th edition) and tumor involvement of the cavernous sinus or cranial nerve; 2)presence of a second primary malignant tumor; 3)cerebrovascular disease, history of brain surgery, or other central nervous system diseases; 4)history of mental or psychological illness or long-term use of sedatives or anxiolytics, or recent use of such drugs; 5)the expected survival period is less than 1 year.
