18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) plan to live in the study area for at least 1 year; 2) be between the ages of 18-45; 3) married; 4) gestational age =28 weeks and <35 weeks; 5) Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score =10 (if the EPDS score is =13, a hospital psychologist should determine whether the pregnant woman is suitable for enrollment)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) EPDS entry 10 scores =1 (which indicates a certain risk of self-injury to the study participant, who should be promptly referred to a specialized psychiatrist for further judgment); 2) Pregnant women diagnosed with a serious medical condition requiring inpatient or outpatient treatment, pregnancy-related illness (in addition to common illnesses such as anemia), physical or learning disabilities, postpartum or other forms of psychiatric illness; 3) Pregnant women with serious illness, death, or relocation during the study period; 4) Miscarriage, stillbirth, preterm birth or congenital disability or death of their offspring within the first year.
