18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age =18 years old and =85 years old; ?Patients with pulmonary embolism who have received standardized anticoagulation for at least 3 months; ?Patients with dyspnea; ?CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA) or ventilation/perfusion (V/Q) scan suggests chronic thrombosis and lesions are operable for BPA; ?Right heart catheterization(RHC) at rest: mPAP=20mmHg; ?Patients can endure exercise RHC and are diagnosed ePH. Diagnostic criteria for ePH: mPAP at rest = 20 mmHg, ?mPAP/?CO between exercise and rest > 3 mmHg/L/min (Refer to the recommendations of 2022 ESC/ERS PH guideline).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnancy or lactation; ? Combined with other serious diseases: ALT or AST is 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal values, or creatinine clearance <50ml/min, hemoglobin <10g/dl, etc.; ? Simultaneously participating in another study or within one month after completing another study. ? Patients with uncorrected intracardiac and aortic shunts; ? Patients with lower limb movement disorders.
