Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria for neurogenic dysphagia, with stable vital signs. 2. Patients with first-onset dysphagia. 3. Wada drinking test score of grade 3 or higher. 4. Age younger than 80 years old. 5. Providing informed consent and signing relevant documentation. 6. Free from psychiatric and emotional disorders, capable of cooperating with medical staff for treatment and undergoing related scoring assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cricopharyngeal achalasia due to genuine bulbar palsy. 2. Patients with disturbances of consciousness or aphasia. 3. Individuals with comorbidities such as multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Huntington's disease, poliomyelitis, Alzheimer's disease, psychiatric disorders, Parkinson's disease, polymyositis, myasthenia gravis, and muscular dystrophy, which can cause dysphagia.
