60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 60 years old; (2) BMI 18~28 kg/?; (3) ASA I-III level; (4) The patient plans to undergo hip fracture surgery under general anesthesia; (5) Patient informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) Taboos for nasal administration (such as defects or lesions in the nasal cavity); (3) History of insulin allergy; (4) Preoperative presence of mental illness or other neurodegenerative diseases; (5) Long term use of antidepressants or sedatives; (6) Alcohol dependence; (7) Impaired vision or hearing, unable to conduct cognitive function assessment; (8) Systemic diseases (such as malignant tumors) that affect the levels of cognitive related inflammatory factors; (9) The preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) has a low score (illiteracy<17 points, primary school level<20 points, junior high school level [including technical secondary school]<24 points); (10) Delirium occurred before surgery.
