N group (nefopam):Give 20 mg nefopam
T group (tramadol):Give 1.5 mg/kg of tramadol

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Undergoing elective patients with gynecological surgery under general anesthesia; (2) Age of 18-70 years old; (3) ASA I - II level; (4) Patients with indwelling catheter before surgery and complained of moderate to severe catheter related bladder discomfort in PACU;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with BMI > 35kg/m2; (2) Preoperative bladder diseases, including bladder hyperstimulation, bladder outflow obstruction, and neurogenic bladder; (3) Patients with long-term use of opioids and psychotropic drugs; (4) Patients with uncontrolled cardiovascular disease; (5) Patients with a history of epilepsy or convulsion; (6) Patients refused to participants.
