N2 group:Norepinephrine 0.025ug/kg/min+0.4ml · kg-1 · h-1 intravenous infusion+bupivacaine 1.8ml spinal anesthesia
N3 group:Norepinephrine 0.05ug/kg/min+0.4ml · kg-1 · h-1 intravenous infusion+bupivacaine 1.8ml spinal anesthesia
N4 group:Norepinephrine 0.1ug/kg/min+0.4ml · kg-1 · h-1 intravenous infusion+bupivacaine 1.8ml spinal anesthesia

21 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Individuals aged 21-35 years old; ? Individuals classified by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) as Grade I-II; ? Body mass index (BMI)<35, ? Primiparous women who have a single full-term pregnancy and plan to undergo cesarean section at a later date
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and pregnancy induced diabetes; ? Individuals with severe cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction; ? Patients with contraindications related to combined lumbar epidural anesthesia; ? Dropout midway
