Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:? Age 45-75 years old; ? Subcortical stroke on one side with assessed presence of contralateral limb paralysis; ? Patients were first diagnosed with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke according to the Chinese diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease (2019 edition); ? General condition and vital signs were stable, with a normal level of consciousness capable of understanding and completing motor commands; ? The affected side of the lower limb had a Brunnstrom staging of = Stage III; ? The onset of the disease should be the first time, and the duration of the disease should be between 1-6 months (subacute stage).; ?The patients should be able to walk independently for 10 meters under supervision.; ?The patients should have voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? unstable condition, secondary brain injury; ? combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; ? combined with other diseases causing lower limb dysfunction; ? severe vestibular or proprioceptive disorders; ? lower limb venous thrombosis.
