Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 40 years old; 2. Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, experiencing joint pain symptoms, and a VAS score of 7cm= at baseline period =3cm; 3. Kellgren-Lawrence grading was ?-?; 4.No received any other treatment during the week before enrollment; 5. No history of bleeding, asthma, severe heart/liver/kidney dysfunction or allergy to non-steroidal drugs; 6. Patients are willing and able to provide signed informed consent before any study-related procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant and lactating women or women of childbearing age who are trying to become pregnant; (2) known to the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug allergies; Within a month (3) of the patients participated in other clinical drug research; (4) always have other knee joint diseases, such as knee joint tuberculosis, infections, rheumatoid disease, or those patients with a history of trauma, etc. ? other concomitant diseases or complications that may affect the curative effect observation (local skin damage, infection; Rash, etc.); 6 with other medical conditions, such as diseases of the digestive system, blood system diseases, diseases of the cardiovascular system, etc.
