Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with probable MSA-C according to the latest 2022 multi-system atrophy diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged 30-75 years old; (3) Clinical fatigue :FSS-9 score is greater than 36. (4) No other neurodegenerative diseases. Informed and consented by the patient and approved by the Medical Ethics Association.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) neurological disease is unstable or accompanied by medical disease. (2) Screening for clinically significant abnormalities (such as basic laboratory tests or electrocardiogram abnormalities). (3) Concurrent participation in another clinical study, history of substance abuse, mental illness, legal incapacity or limited legal capacity. (4) Head metal, history of neurosurgery, ferromagnetic biological implants, metal coatings, history of seizures, claustrophobia, current use of bupropion or other medications that may increase the risk of TMS induced seizures. (5) Pregnancy test positive. (6) Summary mental status examination score (MMSE)=24.
