Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.60< Age <85 years old b. Stable COPD patients c. Patients with sarcopenia d. Patients with unrestricted daily activities (heart function level II includes level II and below, mMRC questionnaire level 2 includes level 2) e. Those who agree to enter the experiment and are willing to sign informed consent f. Those who can use smart phones

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Age 3 months) oral glucocorticoids d. Asthenia (CSF) grade 7 and above e.morse fall factor score greater than 45 points f. Cognitive impairment (moderate or above on MMSE scale) g. Persons with functional or disabled limbs h. Lung cancer, other severe malignancies, severe cardiac insufficiency, diabetes, unstable angina pectoris, hyperthyroidism, familial hereditary hyperlipidemia
