Inclusion criteria

Using the Chinese arteriosclerosis risk assessment model CHINA-PAR, those with a 10-year and low lifetime risk of arteriosclerosis cardiovascular disease (ie, a 10-year risk assessment of less than 5.0% and a lifetime risk assessment of less than 32.8%) were screened. 2. Patients and their parents volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent. 3. Han nationality, no consanguineous marriage.
Exclusion criteria

There are clear secondary causes, such as familial hypercholesterolemia, thrombophilia, systemic vasculitis, connective tissue disease, coronary artery dilatation, dissection, etc. . If necessary, the relevant tests were supplemented and judged by 2 senior cardiovascular specialists after analyzing the patient's medical records and the results of auxiliary examinations. 2. The father or mother of the patient was not able to participate.
