Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged from 18 to 60 years old; (2) patients who were diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoids and had anal pain after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids; (3) Those who volunteered to participate and had good communication skills and signed informed consent; (4) those who could voluntarily cooperate with nurses to complete the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS); The score of Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) was greater than or equal to 4; (5) The skin in the wrist-ankle acupuncture operation area was intact without redness, swelling, scar, or damage; (6) patients who used intravenous analgesia pump after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other anorectal surgery including anal fissure, anal fistula, rectal polyps, perianal abscess, colonic polyps and colorectal lesions; (2) combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; (3) patients with communication disorder and uncooperative; (4) patients requiring postoperative analgesic measures other than patient-controlled analgesia; (5) patients with needle sickness; (6) those with mental disorders and unable to cooperate with the study; (7) The possibility of pregnancy was not excluded.
