Self-compassion online intervention group:6-week mindful self-compassion intervention
wait-list group:No intervention, but implement the same mindful self-compassion intervention as intervention group after completion of intervention and follow-up measurements

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 or above; male sexual minority HIV-infected individuals; with low to moderate levels of self-compassion and low to moderate quality of life

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants who suffer from other major physical illnesses, or severe mental illnesses; have high suicide risk (with suicide attempts in the past month)
