Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer and sign the informed consent, through the second affiliated hospital of Nanjing Medical University Ethics Committee approval; 2. Age =65 years, gender is not limited; 3.Expected length of hospital stay of at least 3 days; 4. Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate due to coma, severe dementia or language impairment; 2. Severe abnormal function of heart, brain, kidney and liver; 3.A history of serious trauma or major surgery within one year; 4.Having a history of dysfunction of vital organs;
