20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20~60 years old; (2) meet diagnostic criteria and have prominent segments of L4/5 (and/or) L5/S1; (3) The patient voluntarily receives treatment and signs informed consent; (4) No relevant treatments or drugs that can determine the efficacy have been used within 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant or lactating women; (2) Those with allergies or needle sickness; (3) Those with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic system, liver, kidney and column tumors; (4) severe changes in skin sensation, muscle strength and tendon reflexes; (5) Psychopaths.
