Morning stiffness 38 years old; ?. Bone swelling of knee joint with bouncing; 6. bone swelling of knee joint without rattle; At least ? ~ ? or ?, ?, ?, ? or ? and ? can be diagnosed. 2.Kellgren-LawranceX line classification (divided into 5 levels) : Level 0: normal; Grade I: Suspected joint space stenosis and possible labial hyperplasia; Grade II: Definite osteophytes and possible joint space stenosis; Grade III: moderately multiple osteophytes, certain joint space stenosis, sclerosis, and possible bone end deformation; Grade IV: Large osteophytes, marked joint space narrowing, severe sclerosis, and definite end deformation. 3. MRI grading of articular cartilage degeneration (RECHT grading) Grade 0: Normal articular cartilage; Grade I: The hierarchical structure of cartilage disappeared, the focal low signal area appeared in the cartilage, and the cartilage surface was smooth; Grade II: The surface profile of the cartilage is light to moderate irregular, and the depth of the cartilage defect is less than 50% of the full thickness. Grade III: Moderate to severe irregularities in the surface profile of the cartilage, with a depth of cartilage defect of more than 50% of the full thickness but no complete detachment. Grade IV: full-layer cartilage defect, exfoliation, subchondral bone exposure, with or without subchondral bone signal changes. TCM diagnostic criteria: TCM diagnostic and syndrome criteria refer to the 2018 edition of the Chinese Association of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Orthopedics Professional Committee "Knee Osteoarthritis of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Integrated Diagnosis and Treatment Guide" in the diagnosis and treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type KOA diagnostic criteria: dull joint pain, waist and knee weakness, more severe in case of labor, red tongue, less mossiness, pulse heavy and weak.
