Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: ? age =60 years old; (2) in advanced stage of cancer or terminal stage of non-cancer disease, whose survival time was estimated by doctors at the time of hospitalization to be less than 1 year; ? receiving palliative care and voluntarily participating in the study; ? for hospital or community inpatient stays of =3 days; Caregivers: ? Aged =18 years old; ? as the main caregiver or decision maker of the patient; ? the duration of care was more than 3 months; Medical staff: have the experience of recommending palliative care services to patients and caregivers or participating in decision-making consultation in clinical work.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: ? in terminal state, expected survival time < 1 week; ? Inability to communicate effectively due to mental illness or dysfluency; Caregivers: ? The relationship with the patient was an employment relationship; ? Inability to communicate effectively due to mental illness or dysfluency; Medical staff: in the stage of internship or training.
