Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for joining the study included: (1) being a member of the interdisciplinary palliative care team, such as oncologists, oncology nurses, medical social workers, and other professionally trained personnel like psychotherapists and radiation physicists, whose work is to help alleviate the physical and mental suffering of patients and support medical work; (2) being over 18 years old; and (3) being able to spare time to participate in a 45-minute virtual reality mindfulness intervention training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants could not participate if they were currently on leave of absence from work
