Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with symptomatic AF (symptoms related to heart failure or tachycardia such as palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, etc.) who are =18 years of age; (2) Unsuitable for atrial fibrillation catheter ablation or failed atrial fibrillation catheter ablation; (3) NYHA class II-IV;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with previous pacemaker or ICD or CRT implantation; 2)Patients with right ventricular mechanical valve, or severe heart valve problems 3)Patients with heart transplant or waiting for heart transplant 4) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, anemia, or other serious comorbidities; (5) Patients who have been enrolled in other clinical studies that may affect the purpose of this study
