Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for HBV are based on the Chronic Hepatitis B Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (2022 Edition) formulated by the Hepatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Infectious Diseases Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2022. The diagnostic criteria for NAFLD refer to the 2010 edition of the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Non alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) revised by the Fatty Liver and Alcoholic Liver Disease Group of the Hepatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. All CHB patients received treatment with nucleoside analogues. All patients sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Incomplete clinical information; Other types of liver diseases (such as hepatitis C, autoimmune liver disease, cholestatic liver disease) or human immunodeficiency virus infection; Using hepatotoxic drugs; Pregnant or lactating women; Have a history of kidney dialysis or organ transplantation.
