Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of cirrhosis with hypersplenism; Bone marrow cell examination indicated normal or active bone marrow hyperplasia ? Liver function Child-Pugh A, B grade; ECOG score =3 points; ? The age is between 18 and 75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Liver function Child-Pugh C grade, ECOG score > 3 points; ? Severe coagulation dysfunction and can not be corrected; ? Acute infection or acute phase of chronic infection; ? Bone marrow aspiration results suggest bone marrow suppression; ? Patients with abnormal origin of hepatic artery discovered through abdominal trunk angiography.
