Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? HIV/AIDS patients who have received antiviral treatment during routine follow-up in the health center; ? Age = 50 years old when diagnosed with HIV for the first time; ? Receiving antiviral treatment; ? Own a smartphone and be able to use communication tools such as smartphones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with severe mental disorders or inability to communicate normally; ? Individuals with cognitive impairment or other inability to cooperate with interventions; ? Individuals with difficulties in action; ? Patients with severe cardiovascular disease or malignant tumors; ? Individuals who have not signed informed consent forms.

MeasureTime frame
Diet, physical activity, smoking, sleep, BMI, blood lipids, blood sugar, blood pressure, and medication adherence constitute the Health Behavior Index.;

Depression, anxiety, loneliness, life ability, cognitive function, etc.;
