Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:18-50 years old, gender unlimited 2.Chronic head, neck and back pain for at least 3 months 3The chief complaint was neck pain, discomfort or limited movement of the cervical spine. 4The degree of neck pain and discomfort was VAS =3 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Taking pain relievers 2.A history of trauma or surgery to the head, neck or other spine segments 3.Cervical spondylotic myelopathy, severe vertebral artery type cervical spondylotic disease and nerve root type cervical spondylotic disease; 4.Combined with obstructive airway diseases affecting the lungs, such as chronic obstructive pneumonia, asthma and other diseases 5.There are other diseases mixed with cervical spondylosis, such as shoulder periarthritis, rheumatic fibrositis, ocular and auricular vertigo, and cubital tunnel syndrome 6.Patients with a history of diseases that impair diaphragm function, such as poliomyelitis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, and myasthenia gravis; 7.Unconsciousness, suffering from dementia or co-existing mental disorders
